EVENTS CELEBRATED AT DAFFODILS ENGLISH ACADEMY

Our Annual Sports Day is a highlight of the year, filled with exciting races, relays, and team-building activities. It promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy competitive spirit, while allowing each student to showcase their athletic skills.

Independence Day is celebrated with pride and patriotism. Students participate in flag hoisting ceremonies, sing patriotic songs, and present cultural performances, learning the significance of India's freedom and independence.

On Teacher’s Day, we honor our dedicated teachers with performances, skits, and heartfelt expressions of gratitude from students. It’s a day to celebrate the incredible impact teachers have on the lives of their students.

Children’s Day is a joyous occasion dedicated entirely to our students. Filled with fun activities, games, performances, and treats, it’s a day to celebrate childhood and make students feel special and valued.

Our Winter Camp is a fun-filled event with workshops, activities, and games. It’s an opportunity for children to explore their creativity, learn new skills, and have fun during the winter break.

On Republic Day, we celebrate the adoption of the Indian Constitution with flag hoisting, speeches, and cultural programs. It’s an important day for teaching students about democracy, justice, and national pride.

Saraswati Puja is celebrated with reverence and devotion, as we honor the goddess of knowledge and wisdom. Students participate in the puja ceremony, offering prayers for academic success and personal growth.

 We celebrate Rabindra Jayanti with cultural programs, music, dance, and poetry recitations, paying tribute to the life and works of Rabindranath Tagore. It’s an opportunity for students to connect with the rich literary and artistic heritage of India. 

 Raksha Bandhan is a celebration of the bond between siblings, with students exchanging rakhis and sharing the joy of familial love. The event fosters respect, care, and the values of sibling relationships. 

 Our excursions provide students with hands-on learning experiences beyond the classroom. Educational trips to historical sites, museums, and parks help broaden students' horizons and complement their academic learning. 

 Swami Vivekananda’s Birthday is celebrated by reflecting on his teachings of self-realization, discipline, and service to humanity. Students engage in discussions, performances, and activities inspired by his life and philosophy. 

 We commemorate Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s birthday to honor his contributions to India’s freedom struggle. The day is marked with speeches, discussions, and performances that inspire students with his courage, leadership, and patriotism. 

 Our Annual Function is a grand event where students showcase their talents through dance, music, drama, and academic achievements. It’s a day of celebration, community involvement, and recognition of students' hard work. 

Environment Day is observed with activities focused on promoting environmental awareness and sustainability. Students participate in planting trees, nature walks, and discussions on topics like climate change, pollution, and conservation. The event instills in students a sense of responsibility towards the planet. 

 Diwali, the festival of lights, is celebrated with enthusiasm and joy. Students engage in art and craft activities, create decorations, and participate in cultural performances. This event teaches children about the significance of Diwali, spreading light, positivity, and values of peace and unity.
